Does Prime Stitch & Print offer free digitizing for embroidery orders?

Yes. Digitizing your logo into a stitch file is free on your first order of any size. That file is yours permanently, so every reorder after that skips the digitizing step and moves straight to production, which also means reorders ship faster than your original order.

What is the minimum order for custom embroidery?

There isn’t one. We embroider a single polo at the same quality and thread-matching process as a thousand-piece order. Pricing scales with quantity, so a one-off gift or sample costs more per piece, but nothing about the stitching quality changes based on order size.

How many thread colors can you match to my logo?

We stock more than 40 thread colors, including metallics, and match them to your brand palette as closely as thread allows. If your logo uses a specific Pantone shade, tell us upfront, and we’ll confirm the closest thread match on your proof before production, not after.

How long does custom embroidery take from order to delivery?

Digitizing and your first proof are typically ready in 1 to 2 business days. Once you approve the proof, production runs 5 to 7 business days for most orders. Rush digitizing and rush production are both available if you tell us your deadline when you request a quote.
