What's the minimum order for screen printing?

The minimum is 12 pieces per design, since each color in your artwork requires its own screen to be burned before we can print. If your order is smaller than that, DTF printing is usually a better fit since it has no per-color setup cost and no minimum quantity.

Can you match my exact brand color?

Yes. We Pantone-match ink to your brand guide whenever the fabric and ink type allow it. Send us your Pantone codes or brand guide when you request a quote, and we’ll confirm the match on your proof before any screens are burned.

How many colors can you print?

Up to 6 spot colors on most garment styles, with each color requiring its own screen. For photo-realistic designs, gradients, or artwork with more than 6 colors, we typically recommend DTF printing instead, since it prints unlimited colors in a single pass.

Do you keep my screens for reorders?

Yes, for 12 months. A reorder within that window skips the art setup and screen-burning steps entirely and moves straight to production, which also keeps the per-piece cost the same as your original order.
