Embroidered or woven, which should I pick?

Embroidered gives you a raised, textured look and suits bold, simple logos well. Woven sits flatter and handles fine detail and small text far better, so if your design has a lot of lettering or intricate linework, woven is usually the right call.

Can you attach the patches to my jackets or uniforms directly?

Yes, we offer in-house application on apparel you send us or order through us, so what arrives is finished and ready to wear rather than a bag of loose patches you have to sew on yourself. Just specify that when you request a quote.

Iron-on, sew-on, or Velcro- how do I decide?

Velcro makes sense if the patch needs to come off, like a uniform where assignments change and patches get swapped. Iron-on or sew-on is the better call for something permanent that should never come loose, no matter how often it gets washed.

Is there a limit on how small the text can be?

Woven and PVC handle fine text and detail the best; embroidered needs slightly larger lettering to stay legible once stitched. Send your artwork ahead of ordering and we’ll tell you upfront if anything’s too small to reproduce cleanly.
