1. Our Services
Prime Stitch & Print provides custom embroidery, screen printing, DTF/digital printing, and related apparel decoration services for businesses, schools, teams, and organizations. All orders are custom-made based on the specifications, artwork, and quantities you provide.
2. Quotes and Orders
- All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated.
- Final pricing may vary based on final artwork, garment selection, quantity, and production requirements.
- An order is confirmed only after you approve the final quote and, where required, submit payment or deposit.
3. Artwork and Design
- You are responsible for ensuring that any artwork, logo, or design you submit does not infringe on any third party’s copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- We may request design adjustments to ensure production quality (e.g., stitch count, color separation, file resolution).
- Approval of a digital or physical proof (where provided) is your responsibility. Once approved, we are not liable for errors that were present in the approved proof.
4. Payment
- Payment terms will be communicated at the time of quote approval. Certain orders may require full or partial payment (deposit) before production begins.
- Production will not begin until payment terms are satisfied.
- Prices are subject to change without notice until an order is formally confirmed.
5. Production and Turnaround Times
- Estimated turnaround times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by order volume, artwork approval delays, or supplier availability.
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to capacity.
6. Order Changes and Cancellations
- Changes to quantity, design, or specifications after order confirmation may affect pricing and timelines.
- Orders may not be cancelled once production has begun. See our Return & Refund Policy for further details.
7. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping timelines are separate from production timelines and depend on the shipping method selected.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Quality and Inspection
We strive for consistent, retail-quality decoration on every order. Minor variations in placement, thread color, or print tone may occur due to the nature of embroidery and printing processes and do not constitute a defect.
9. Limitation of Liability
Prime Stitch & Print shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including delays, except as required by applicable law.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Prime Stitch & Print and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
